Repair distributors
We specialise in the repair of all types of vending machines, element or monobloc, for any mobile or industrial application.
In our workshop we have machines for honing holes and grinding rods. With a chrome-plating operation, we restore the original manufacturer's tolerances.
We are also able to rebuild, on a sample basis, parts that cannot be supplied or are out of production.
Each component is then tested on our hydraulic simulator, with test pressures up to 500 bar, four open-centre or load-sensing circuits and the ability to recreate working conditions as close as possible to those of the applications in which they are installed.
Tests are carried out with oil temperatures up to 80°C to check leakage and component operation under the worst conditions.
What we do
We have been repairing and selling hydraulic components from major manufacturers for over 55 years.
The material sent in for repair is disassembled, washed and checked by our technicians: once the wear and tear of internal parts has been verified, a repair estimate is prepared with a description of the components replaced, the work carried out, the amount and the delivery date, and then communicated to the customer.
Once approval has been obtained from the customer, we proceed as described in the offer: we replace parts that are not within the tolerances specified by the manufacturer, perform lapping work on internal components, assemble and finally test the repaired components.
